What moves you? I mean from the inside? What makes you stop, in the middle of anything, because you are startled at some seemingly insignificant yet powerful idea or possibility or perspective that you had never thought of before?

Said another way…what surprises you…in a good way? What makes you smile or gasp with joy? What makes you feel tender and vulnerable? What brings a single, soulful tear to your eye…the one that makes a track down your cheek? What makes you curious? What opens your heart?

I know, a lot of questions. And important ones. I want you to pay attention when this happens. Pay attention when you are moved. Notice how you feel. Notice what changes.

I think this is Wisdom calling for our attention. It is the unseen revealing Itself. It is an opening or maybe a connection. And it’s important…to me it is. Because being moved helps me change…and I want that. I want to grow. I want to practice getting out of my own way. I want to feel hope and find strength. I want to understand something I haven’t been able to up until now. I want to heal. I want to feel wholeness.

So, when you are moved from the inside…maybe just pause and feel it before you continue.
