
Service Project – Stock the Shop

At Kids Making It they teach woodworking and other life skills to teens in an after school and apprentice program. They are a 501(c)(3) program and have a federal grant that is on the chopping block! Let’s give them a hand to keep their program going.
Here is the shopping list:
Tightbond 3 – wood glue
Mineral oil – food grade for cutting boards they make
Black Sharpies
General Craft Supplies – markers, crayons, paints
Cleaning supplies – Lysol wipes, windex, hand soap, dish soap
White gift wrap tissue paper
Toiletry supplies – toothpaste/brushes, small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, female hygiene, men’s and women’s stick deodorant
Spiral-bound graph paper – for students learning to plan their own projects
Box re-sizer tool – they use to re-size boxes that donations may come in or Amazon orders to a size they can use for packaging
New or used handtools – screwdrivers, wrenches, putty knives, hammers
