Join Pam Metzinger in a beginner class of making organic sourdough bread. This healthy and artisan form of bread making has been around for hundreds of years and is less complicated than expected. Sourdough is a cost-effective art that nourishes our bodies and souls. Come together to share, learn, and cultivate this wholesome form of art.
What to bring:
Bowl (glass, ceramic, or stainless steel)
Sturdy wooden spoon or rubber spatula
Kitchen scale*
What is included:
All ingredients to make dough in class
Bake and share a loaf together
Glass jar of 110+ year old mature German sourdough starter to use, learn, and “feed.”
Step-by-step directions to take with you.
