This is what is on my mind today. I don’t want to run and hide anymore. I want to walk around the world sending only love and compassion. I want to feel connected to all beings. I want to grow my spiritual awareness. I want to know God right here, right now. Here is what inspired me.

When you encounter someone with whom you do not resonate, do you want to run and hide? All the more reason to stay, if just for a little while. We are not telling you to subject yourself to pain or negativity, but to use those lower vibrations that arise in the face of dissonance for learning. Why do they rub you the wrong way? What do they do to the soul? In Truth, such encounters and interactions afford you golden opportunities to practice knowing the difference between the human stories and the soul’s essence. Human stories clash. Souls merge and dance in the joy of expression and experience. “Ah, here is an opportunity to see beyond the human story!” It is easy to be the expression of love when you click with another. It is an outstanding growth opportunity to send love and compassion–if not detached compassion–to one who is “in your face”. Try it, why don’t you? Not from a place of righteous superiority as in, “Look how spiritual I am,” but from a place of knowing, beneath the facades, we are all One … One Light, one Consciousness, one divine expression of God.
