This past Sunday at Soul Center our musician, Rog Davis, played a selection that included the John Lennon/Paul McCartney song Blackbird. I was moved by the lyrics and the connection to this moment we are living. On Monday, as I was scrolling through Facebook, I saw and shared this post.

I like to believe the Universe is reminding me that I am here, at this moment, to be all I came here to be. Reminding me that all is not lost. That even though I might feel broken and unable to continue, this moment is my moment. My moment to rise up. My moment to be what I am here to be.
Blackbird fly. You were only waiting for this moment to arise.
