Sometimes when I sit in the chair, nothing comes to me. No thought finds its way into my consciousness. It’s just blank. I’ve learned that instead of trying to make something happen, the best I can do is leave the open space. Breathe and leave the open space. That’s it.
Not try to force some thought into existence. And not judge myself for not coming up with an idea. Leave the space open. Feel at ease right there.
Today…open space. It’s enough.
