Hope is a powerful thing. I just learned that again this week. It is powerful for someone to look you straight in the eye, with a calm confidence and say, “We can make some progress here. I want you to be hopeful.”

I am not talking about promising a particular result or a fantastical outcome. I am talking about hope, a possibility, something beyond the experience you are having now. It may take some work, it might be painful, it will take some time…but something will change. Breathe into that. That’s hope.

We hold hope in our chest, in the tender space around our heart. Hope is what you feel when you release the tension in your body and mind long enough to be held gently by love. Hope allows us to become unstuck. It allows us to believe that a new day really does follow the darkest night.

I invite you today to be the hope for someone who has lost sight of that new day. I invite you into hope for yourself. Hope is, at its core, the belief that love will prevail. And I believe it will.

Much love always
Paula
